Pilates is a challenging core based workout that transforms the way your body looks, feels and functions. It builds strength with less bulk, tones muscles and increases flexibility.

Pilates heightens body awareness, improves postural issues, agility, coordination, balance, stability and creates ease of movement throughout th e entire body.

Introducing Pilates

INTRODUCTORY LESSON:

Learn what Pilates is all about! This starter session will focus on your personal goals, all while introducing the Pilates equipment and basic principles.

PRIVATES:

All eyes on you! 30 or 55 minute sessions available.

DUETS:

Workout with a buddy, or let us set you up with the best fitting partner! Sessions 30 or 55 minutes.

The Right Class For You

PILATES SMALL GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE

SMALL GROUPS:

Find a class that fits you best!!

Join a class level that fits you best and challenge yourself with a full body workout! Both 30 and 55 minute classes are available! Previous experience required. Must book class in studio or with Instructor.

ESSENTIAL:

Practice and perfect the introductory exercises and beneficial Pilates Principles. These group classes will instill the knowledge and purpose of Pilates and continuously challenge your body as you progress in skill, movement and strength.

INTERMEDIATE:

This class is great for the experienced Pilates body! More challenging exercises will be introduced along with a personalized routine challenging your strength, coordination, flexibility, endurance,  and more!

ADVANCED APPARATUS:

Step it all the way up with our Advanced Apparatus Class! Focusing on the traditional repertoire, participants will learn the advanced exercises Pilates has to offer all while getting a full body workout designed to challenge your mind, body and movement. This class may include work on all studio apparatus!

ATHLETIC ADVANCED (60 MIN)

This class is a fusion of classic Pilates movements on equipment, fat burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full body strength building and stretching. The key Principles of Pilates training added to more modern movements make this work out more powerful. This full body conditioning class will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle to fat ratio!

POWER PILATES (30 MINS)-

Short on time? This power class is our Athletic Advanced workout designed to make you sweat and burn in only 30 minutes!

HAPPY HOUR! (Returning date TBD)

45 minutes, 8 participants max.

Burn calories, build strength and create results with this total body Pilates Circuit workout. This challenging class utilizes a variety of Pilates Equipment and is designed to work  your core, burn fat, develop muscle and increase  your heart rate all while focusing all the Pilates Principles doing simple and effective exercises.

WORKSHOPS! (Returning date TBD)

Our studio holds regularly scheduled 90 minute workshops incorporating Pilates Principles, take home workouts, and a personal easy to take anywhere prop!
