Our outdoor exercise pavilion is open and Personal Training is available! Treadmills, bicycles, rowing machines and a wide variety of other equipment have been moved into this space to help you reach your goals and stay healthy.

Group exercise classes have all been moved outside. Description of classes we are bringing back first can be viewed below. We will be adding more classes every week!

Zumba

We take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Outdoor Cycle

Join us under the Oak trees for this Challenging and fun class on our Keiser bikes. Not only will you get an awesome cardio workout, but you will build endurance, strength, power and mental fortitude. Many types of terrains are simulated during your ride.

OUtdoor Bootcamp

A blended cardio and strength workout using weights and body weight exercises. This class is designed to challenge every fitness level.

Bodyshop

Mix it up each week with interval and resistance training. This class incorporates bodyweight, free weight, balance and core exercises mixed with a variety of equipment to create a fun and effective class for all levels.

U-JAM

U-Jam brings the party to every class by combing the energy and grittiness of urban dance with fitness.  Expect funky, adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world with easy-to-follow dance moves so that everyone can get their Jam on.

Active

This class is the perfect mix of cardio, strength, balance, and core strengthening. If you are just starting an exercise program, getting back to it or want a class that will continue to keep you fit for an active life, then this is for you.

Yoga

Yoga is for every”body”! This class combines postures that coordinate with the breath and are performed at a gentle pace allowing time to be present and providing the opportunity to improve strength, flexibility, stability, alignment and balance.

Vinyasa Yoga

A series of postures, one following seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind, and breath. Designed as a moving meditation, this class creates the opportunity to build strength, flexibility, and balance, while practicing being present in the moment.

Pilates Barre

Improve muscular endurance, balance, body awareness, core strength and flexibility through a creative blend of mat pilates, barre and strength exercises.

Aqua Fitness

Water is the fitness equalizer. Using the resistive and buoyant properties of water, this class will help to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance, core strength and range of motion. Perfect class for all levels!

AM-Rush

Join us early for the early morning high energy class on Center Court.   Strength, endurance, cardio, core and community. The goal is to challenge you where you are at and keep you moving forward on your path to fitness.

This is a soft tissue conditioning, self care fitness format for myofascial release. Erase pain, improve mobility and live better in your body.

This is a fun full body workout improving your cardio, building muscular endurance, and promoting weight loss. Challenge yourself and your friends with the TRX Suspension Trainers and other small equipment. Modifications available for all ability levels!  .

Falling can be a serious and life changing event, learn practical strategies to manage falls and strength exercises to improve balance.

Band and Foam Roll

This total body workout will focus on core, strength, stability and balance. Band work will consist of strengthening and toning while foam roll exercises will focus on core strength and balance.  All ages and fitness levels welcome.
