I have been a trainer at the Claremont Club since 2000.  My exercise physiology background allows me to work with a wide variety of clientele and conditions, from children to older adults, sports conditioning, weight loss, balance/ mobility, flexibility, martial arts and general fitness. Page is an empowerng and empathic fitness professional who enjoys going on hikes, spending time with her family or being cozy at home with her cats and a good book. She first started her movement journey in dance studios and eventually did competitive cheerleading. Throughout college she discovered weight lifting and nutrition and never looked back ! She believes that movement is medicine for the heart and mind and believes that all exercise should be intentional. Her cheerful spirit has not faded through the years and now she uses it with others to motivate them through fitness. She uses her knowledge to continually challenge herself both in and out of the gym. She enjoys traditional strength training with an emphasis on mobility. 

 
My true passion for fitness comes from showing others how strong they truly are both physically and mentally. Through my studies at University of LaVerne with a Psychology background I know the impactful notion of mind over matter. It is important to me what happens both inside and outside of the gym. I help people create long term life changing habits to help lead happy, healthy and confident lifestyles. I am your own personal hype-woman ! Whether you need an effective workout , a boost of confidence or even a shoulder to cry on, I am here to help guide you through the ins and outs of your wellness journey. Healing is not a linear path and at the end of the day we all have different reasons for wanting to be better. I am comfortable working with all populations as my specialty is strength training with an emphasis on mobility. Self awareness is developed through intentional movement and my goal is to help you re-discover your body in a newfound way that helps you live your best life. I have always been passionate about sports and fitness. As a child, I played multiple sports ranging from martial arts to basketball and it was always something that brought me joy.Before becoming a trainer at the Claremont Club, I found my passion for strength training through one of the many trainers who have worked here. He emphasized to me that fitness is not just a matter of being fit, but a lifetime commitment to bettering yourself internally and externally. I believe that when you feel good physically, mentally, and spiritually it helps with bringing peace and happiness into all parts of your life. Fitness has not only brought me physical health, but has also been a big drive for my careers as a personal trainer and a future physical therapist.
