I have extensive experience and education in athletic training and addressing and preventing injuries. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds – from high school and collegiate athletes to warehouse employees – to analyze safe movement patterns and prevent injuries. In particular, I have really enjoyed working with people in a physical rehabilitation and therapy style to address current of prior injuries and the pains and restrictions that accompany them through the implementation of corrective exercise. I can help you move better and feel better, as well as protect against future injuries or issues. I have helped many people improve their strength as well as range of motion following injuries and helped them return to their activities of daily living and sports that they love! Fitness and wellness have been essentials in my life since the start of high school.  I understand through personal experience how debilitating it could be when one is unable to follow through with favorite exercises due to discomfort or injury.  My goal as a trainer is to show others how to find their own strength through physical fitness.  I have over 300 hours of volunteer experience in various physical therapy clinic settings along with over a year of work experience as a physical therapy technician.  Through my time as a physical therapy technician and volunteer, I have learned how to best accommodate individuals with physical limitations and in recovery after surgery or injury.  I believe my place as a trainer is to teach my clients the correct form and technique in exercises personalized to their lifestyle habits.  Through doing so, I believe anyone is able to achieve their fitness goals with prevention of any future injury.  I want my clients to leave their sessions having a new sense of passion for doing what is best for their own bodies and overall quality of life.
