COMPLIMENTARY INTRO CLASS: TUESDAY, MARCH 12TH @ 11:00 AM – FAMILY POOL
Come and learn about the benefits of aquatic exercise for Arthritis and bring your swimsuit to try out some of the exercises for yourself! This is an informational class.
Paid workshop will begin Thursday, March 14th. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM in the Family Pool. This 4-week session begins with the paid class on the 14th and ends April 9th. Total cost is $120 for the 4-week session. Sign up on the TCC app or email amara@claremontclub.com
