We are open as of February 1, 2021 and memberships are available.  Our membership team will be contacting former members interested in tennis, Pickleball, and swimming to invite them back to the club. They will expand their calls to those interested in other fitness offerings such as GroupX Classes and Gym, as these amenities become available outdoors. We are working diligently to contact and signup as many members as possible. Please be prepared with your basic personal information such as your address, partner/dependents names and birthdays, credit card or bank information, and any questions you have about the facility.

A reservation is required to use the facility in any capacity. Once you join we will email you a link to create an account in our member portal. Once this is done you will have access to make a reservation

Due to the high volume of requests to join the club under the current promotion, it is taking time to process all requests.  We are working through each application as fast as possible.  We thank you for your patience.  If you are on record with us as having requested a membership before the expiration of the promotional period, we will honor that request and make sure you are taken care of. 

At this time, we ask all members to enter through our outdoor front desk station. This will allow our team to perform wellness screenings, check-in members for reservations, and help with contact tracing. All other entrances will be temporarily closed.

To qualify for prior membership discounts, you must have been a member in good standing anytime during 2020.  We will verify eligibility and former status at membership signup.

When rejoining the Club, your former membership status will determine your current new dues structure.   The former Claremont Club had over 40 different membership categories.  Our aim is to simplify the membership structure at the Club.  That said, we also want to provide consideration for members in good standing of the Claremont Club in 2020. 

Due to high demand, the software being utilized for e-memberships has timed out or created errors in processing.  Many members have been able to complete the process by attempting to process again after a short amount of time.  Please email the membership team member from whom you received your join link and we will help to navigate the issue with you.

Yes.  Our promotion for former members to join the Claremont Club with discounted dues and no fees expires February 28, 2021.

 

We recommend that you sign up for membership and inform us of your concerns.  We will accept you as a member of the Club, but not charge you dues until your first visit to the club up until June 1st.  Once you use the club for the first time, you will be an active member of the club and be required to pay dues. After June 1st your membership offer will expire.

When the Swim team is not practicing, all 14 lanes are available by reservation.  When the swim team is practicing, 6 lanes will be dedicated to member use only, with reservation. We will monitor usage and adjust as needed.
