Optimal food choices are important to provide the right fuel for your workouts and to aid in
muscle recovery & repair. You can’t out train a bad diet! Food choices are arguably more
important than exercise in maintaining a healthy weight in the long-term. The quality of carbs,
proteins and fat is important for long-term success because they provide nutrients to build lean
muscle mass, reduce inflammation, regulate hormones, enhance metabolism, and burn fat.
