This 30-minute workout will take your Pilates session up a notch!! It is a fusion of classic Pilates movements on equipment, fat-burning cardiovascular exercises, as well as full-body strength building. The key principles of Pilates core training added to more modern movements make this workout powerful. It is a full-body conditioning program that will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio.
Power Pilates Schedule (classes begin April 4th):
Mondays from 10:00 to 10:30 am
Tuesdays from 9:00 to 9:30 am
Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:00 am
Thursdays from 9:00 to 9:30 am
4 sessions for $84
8 sessions for $160
12 sessions for $216
Previous Reformer experience is required.
