Join Dare in the Family Pool for Pilates H20! This class combines the core principles of Pilates with the properties of water to improve balance, stability, alignment, strength, coordination, posture, and flexibility.
You will learn a variety of your favorite Pilates exercises adapted for the pool, which offers a fun, safe environment with progressions and regressions for all fitness levels!
