Pilates is a fun, safe, and low-impact workout that can work wonders for your child’s wellbeing. This class is designed to introduce kids of all ages to Pilates, regardless of fitness level or previous experience with athletic activities. Pilates will help them develop good habits for life!
Ages 5-8: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 1:00 PM
Ages 9-14: Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 8:30 AM
