This sculpting class is split into two parts: a 30-minute core-focused section to strengthen all the abdominal, back, and trunk muscle groups & a 30-minute section that focuses on toning all the lower body!
Option to take either or both classes*
Sundays @ 1:00 pm (lower body) & 1:30 pm (core)
Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm (lower body) & 6:00 pm (core)
