We welcome all levels! Come learn the essentials of classical ballet. We will be doing ballet barre and center work. Classical ballet can improve your cardio ability, flexibility, general strength and core strength, balance, posture, and back comfort. Ballet compliments a wide range of training and fitness routines. Please join us if you’re just exploring ballet or looking for an ongoing adult ballet class!
