Time to acknowledge and say thanks to my staff and managers who work so hard every day and who understand the importance of full involvement.

IMPORTANCE OF A WARM UP AND COOL DOWN

A proper warm-up and cool down are beneficial for workouts and overall wellness

It is good to have a warm-up and dynamic stretch prior to your workout as well as a cool-down and static stretch afterward.  These will help in preventing injuries and in enhancing your goals of fitness and wellness.
