All information regarding each specific department's new protocol's can be found below.

Per the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health Order of the Health Officer: Members are required to wear cloth face coverings and gloves the entire time they are at the Club. Face masks or coverings with one-way valves are not permitted. Please only do exercises to the extent you can breathe comfortably while wearing a face mask covering over both your nose and mouth at all times. The exceptions will be if you are outside playing tennis, pickleball, swimming or taking an outdoor Group Exercise class, as-long-as social distancing can be maintained at all times.

Member Login

Ambiance Salon

Open for All Services

  • When you have arrived for your appointment, you will wait in your car and text the salon at 909.625.5535 that you have arrived!
  • Please wait until you receive a text or a call that your provider is ready.
  • Once you have received a text that your provider is ready, you will go to the front entrance of the club and have your temperature checked and complete a COVID-19 questionnaire before being admitted.
  • Your service provider will be waiting for you in the front of the salon.
  • Only clients with reservations will be permitted inside the building.
  • We ask that you do not bring extra guests with you to your appointment.
  • Masks are required at all times.


We are open

  • We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable place to swim.
  • Recreational swimming will be held in the Family Pool only.
  • The Family Pool deck will be limited to 25 people maximum.
  • All recreational swimming in the pool will be done keeping a 6 foot distance between swimmers, excluding families.
  • There will be a staff member present to help with social distancing protocol.
  • Lap swimming will be available in the Olympic Pool with a maximum of 2 swimmers per lane.


We are open

  • Cafe staff is trained, certified and knowledgeable of all state food handler safety procedures and practices.
  • We are in compliance with the Covid guidelines provided by the state officials for the reopening of restaurants.
  • Tables will be moved to 6 ft apart.
  • Staff will disinfect and sanitize café promptly as customers leave, in addition to our regular cleaning schedule of every hour.
  • Usage of disinfectant tabs for blenders and utensils used daily during operating hours.
  • Gloves/ Masks are to be worn when working until further notice.
  • Utensils, napkins and straws will be provided per request.
  • The water refill station will be removed until further notice.
  • We can no longer refill personal water bottles or give refills for fountain drinks.
  • Members must maintain a distance of 6 feet apart while waiting to purchase items.
  • There will be hand sanitizer provided at the register/ side service window.
  • Members are encouraged to wear masks within the cafe, with the exception of dine in eating or drinking.

Cardio Room

We are open

  • Cardio equipment is labeled with social distancing signs, every other piece is not operational.
  • Cardio equipment has a 30 minute time limit.
  • No reservations at this time are required to use the cardio room.
  • After working out, we require members to wipe down their equipment thoroughly with the provided disinfectant wipes for the next member arriving.
  • Must wear masks and gloves to workout in this area.


We are open

  • Children and babies temps will be taken at the Club Front Desk.
  • Families will then take babies 6 weeks to 13 months to the Stone Clubhouse for Infant Care Check In.
  • Families will take Toddlers 13 months/walking to 30 months and children 30 months to 7 to KidsCourt, and children ages 7-14 to Inzone.
  • Childcare staff will welcome and check children in at the traditional locations.
  • Wellness checks may be done, if needed, during their visit.
  • Children with temperatures over 99.4 will need to be picked up.
  • Visits are limited to 2 hours per child, per day.
  • Diaper bags and backpacks will not be allowed in any Childcare areas.
  • Please bring any essential items needed for childrens stay in a clear ziplock bag.
  • All Childcare staff will be wearing masks and gloves.
  • Parents will be asked to sign a waiver stating the visit is at their own risk if the child should become ill.   

Group Exercise

We are open


  • Participants will need to reserve a spot in class via the Claremont Club App and can do so 24 hours in advance up to 30 minutes prior to the start of class. 
  • If the class is full you will be put on the WAITLIST and will be notified via push notification if a spot opens up.
  • The instructor will not be checking in participants after the class has started. No late entry to classes
  • Class times will be 30 or 45 minutes for the GX Studio, Cycle Studio, and Aqua classes.  Class times for Yoga will be 45 or 60 minutes.
  • If you know you are not able to make a class please cancel the reservation as soon as possible, to allow for ample time to notify the next person on the wait list.  "No shows" may result in lost reservation privileges.
  • A minimum of 30 minutes will be schedule between classes to allow TCC staff to clean and sanitize studio and equipment
  • Masks need to be worn by all participants and instructor during the check-in process, equipment set up, clean up and then when leaving the club
  • Masks do not have to be worn during the class
  • We ask that recommended social distancing be supported when entering and exiting classes as well as when waiting for equipment
  • Participants will need to bring their own water. Water fountains will not be available.
  • Spacing will be marked to accommodate social distancing in all classes       
  • Additional towels will not be available.
  • Participants will be asked to wipe down their equipment at the beginning and end of class and return used equipment to designated area for TCC staff to sanitize
  • Once the studio has been cleaned and sanitized it will be open for   participants to enter for the next class.
  • When waiting to enter the studio or to check for available spots we ask that recommended social distancing be supported.


Group Exercise Studio

  • Participants will need to enter the studio through the cardio room door for check-in, but may exit through the fire lane door if they prefer.
  • We ask that large personal items like purses and gym bags not be brought to class. 
  • Fans will not be used



  • Yoga classes will be held either in the Group Exercise studio or outside at the Tennis Pavilion for better air circulation and to accommodate more participants.  The location will be noted on the app schedule. 
  • For outdoor classes, extreme temperatures and air quality conditions will be taken into consideration.  If needed classes can be moved to the Yoga studio, but the number of spots will be reduced to maintain social distancing recommendations
  • Cleaned and sanitized mats will be provided for all participants

Cycle Studio

  • Bikes will be set up to accommodate social distancing and are not to be moved by participants additional bikes have been removed and will be set up in downstairs racquetball court area for member use.
  • Cycle studio will be open for members during non-class times for members
  • For sensitive ears, please bring earplugs, they will not be available in the studio.
  • Fans will not be used


Aqua Fitness

  • Classes will be held in shallow and deep areas of the pool simultaneously: to accommodate more participants while social distancing.
  • If you only feel comfortable in shallow water, please inform the instructor when you check in on the pool deck.
  • We recommend you come to the Club already dressed for the class to avoid or minimize the time spent in the locker room,
  • You will be required to wear a mask and support social distancing recommendations while you are on the pool deck checking in and getting your equipment


You will not be required to wear a mask during class.

  • Check-in with the instructor on the pool deck will start 10 minutes prior to the start of class and you will be allowed to enter the pool once you have checked in.
  • Personal items and equipment should be placed on deck 6 feet apart
  • Once you have entered the pool find a spot that lines up with cones that will be placed on the pool deck to denote the spacing for participants.
  • Participants will be asked to monitor themselves during class to ensure they are maintaining social distancing and so everyone can feel comfortable.
  • Traveling exercises and water walking will be reduced or eliminated to maintain social distancing.
  • Be aware of others when you need to drink water during class that you have placed on the deck.
  • There is a limit of 25 in the pool area (on deck and in the water) Once the class is over participants will need to exit as soon as possible so equipment and touchpoints can be sanitized and the next group can enter.
  • The Spa will be closed and chairs and lounges will be space to accommodate social distancing.


We are open

  • Members must distance 6 feet apart when off the courts. 
  • Masks are optional while playing. 
  • Courts will be sanitized after each reservation time slot.
  • Pickleball equipment will not be loaned out by the front desk to prevent contamination.


We are open

  • The Conference Room will be used as an additional studio for private sessions. Original Pilates studio will be mainly used for group sessions, however on quieter hours private lessons will take place there as well.
  • No personal belongings in the studio except car keys, wallets, cell phones and water bottles. All shoes must be placed in a shoe rack outside the studio. Purses/workout bags are not permitted in the studio under any circumstance. 
  • Clients will be required to wait outside the studio, until the trainer permits them to come in  (the waiting area may change, all clients will be alerted beforehand if so).
  • Doors and windows will be open for air flow.
  • No fans will be used. Air conditioning will be set to a lower temperature.
  • Client Instructor Spotting:  This will be Client/Instructor discretion 
  • Group sessions will be 50 minutes instead of 55 minutes, and 30 minutes sessions will be cute to 25 minutes to give proper cleaning time. 
  • Private Sessions  will remain the same  at 55 minutes and 30 minutes.
  • Group Classes will be limited to 4 people maximum (this fits within the new studio equipment layout, and social distance guidelines)
  • Second hand sanitizers will be in opposite ends of both studios (two in each studio).
  • 24 Hour Cancellation Policy will be strictly enforced.  Trainers are paid on commission, and when the client does not pay the trainer is not paid. 
  • No use of water dispenser in studio
  • No Eucalyptus Towels
  • Socks Required (gripper socks recommended)
  • Gloves are now REQUIRED (full hand coverings) 
  • New Vinyl Hand Straps will be used on all Reformers. (This is a new product that allows for cleaning after every use)
  • All equipment and props will be numbered. Only one studio will be allowed to be used during a session. (No switching during same class)
  • Correlating props/equipment must be used to ensure proper cleaning and organization. 
  • Numbers will be placed on the floor for proper social distancing for mat work or standing exercises.

Racquetball & Squash

Currently closed

Closed for now as the courts are being re-purposed for childcare, cardio equipment, and personal trainers.

Summer Camp

We are open

  • Summer Camp Staff 2020 will welcome families at the Check in/Check out gate.
  • Wellness Checks will be done for all children.
  • Wellness checks will be done throughout the camp day if needed.
  • Children with temperatures above 99.4 will need to be picked up.
  • Parents are requested not to go past the Check In gate, with the exception of Mini Camp and Mermaid Camp parents.
  • Fitness Camp ratios will be limited to 15 campers per camp counselor.
  • The same Fitness Camp Counselor will be with the Camp group all week.
  • Sports Camps and Mermaid Camps will be limited to 15 children.
  • Science, Specialty, and Educational Camps will be limited to 20 children with two Camp staff members.
  • Campers will be limited to 6 children per table at lunch and snack, and tables will be cleaned after each use.
  • Tables will be 6 feet apart.
  • We will still offer all Fitness Camps swimming daily with smaller groups in the pool, and rotating pool times.
  • Please bring your own towel. 
  • All Camp Staff will be wearing masks.
  • Parents will be asked to sign a waiver stating the visit is at their own risk if the child should become ill. 

Swim School/ Swim Team

Swim School Cancelled/ Swim Team Open

  • Baby/Toddler and Me classes will resume while practicing social distancing.  Classes will be limited to 6.
  • Private lessons will resume for water-safe individuals only, in order to practice social distancing.

  • Swim Team will resume at extended hours, with a maximum of 2 swimmers per lane. 
  • All swim bags must be placed on deck in designated areas 6 feet apart. 
  • There will be a staff member on the Olympic Pool deck to assist with social distancing guidelines.

  • Lap swimming will be available in the Olympic Pool with a maximum of 2 swimmers per lane.

We are open

  • Everyone entering the club will have temperature taken daily, practice social distancing and wear a mask in common areas.
  • Masks are required EXCEPT while on the court. You may wear a mask while playing if you choose to do so.
  • Court Reservations: Make reservations on the TCC app.
  • Reservations are required. One person in the group will reserve the court. We continue to recommend singles play. If you choose to  play doubles, you do so at your own risk.
  • Reminder: only one 2-hour reservation per day/person.
  • Reservations open 48 hours before each session.
  • If no courts are available at the time you are trying to make a reservation, you will be put on a waitlist and contacted if a court opens.
  • Please cancel reservation at least 1 hour in advance if you can't make it. 
  • Our instructors have been trained for implementing safe practices with the players on and off the court.
  • Bring your own water! Ice machines and water fountains are not available. 
  • Family Locker Room are open. Please note: social distancing rules for the restrooms: 2-person max inside. Wait outside with 6 feet between each person.
  • Courts and all surfaces will be disinfected after each reservation. Hand sanitizer is available for players at the ladder board and center court pavilion. Frequent hand sanitizing is encouraged. 
  • Each player has a designated space for personal items such as tennis bags, water bottles and snacks (tennis camp).
  • Please exit the court and the club in a timely manner directly after your court time.

The Perfect Step

We are open

  • All staff members, clients, family members, caregivers, or anyone who steps foot into TPS must be wearing a mask.
  • For each individual that enters the facility or Claremont Club, staff members, clients, and family members included, will be getting temperature checked.  Anybody that is over 100.4° F will be asked to go home, this includes staff members and clients.
    Every individual, staff included, that comes into the facility will be administered a short questionnaire regarding the  individual's current personal health in relation to COVID-19.
  • Professional and specialized sanitization of equipment, bathrooms, showers, handles & tables, doors, and any touch points will be done routinely by TPS staff members during the course of each workday and other cleaning professionals after hours each day.
  • UV light will be used to clean equipment and apparatuses daily.
  • All used apparatuses will be cleaned immediately at the culmination of each use by each client and staff member.
  • All staff members are suggested to be active parts in cleaning the facility whenever an opportunity presents itself or downtime is ensued.
  • Staff members will be asked to wash and sanitized their hands whenever possible, namely after an interaction with any other individual or client.
  • There will be hand sanitizer throughout the entire facility for use.
  • All electronics and computer apparatuses are cleaned multiple times throughout the day.
  • Policy for Social Distancing: must maintain social distancing standards while within the building.  Only one Specialist and their associated client can be within 6 feet of each other at any given time other than during transfers or necessary spotting.
  • Family members will be limited to seating at the front of the facility, which will be spaced according to social distancing.  The facility will have additional seating in the hallway or outside, under a shaded area; all of which will adhere to social distancing standards.  
  • No children under the age of 8 will be permitted in the facility until further notice.
  • For family members and caregivers of clients that are trying to enter into The Claremont Club, they must enter through the front entrance of The Claremont Club.  In some cases, there might be a scenario where they will have to schedule time to be in the club, prior to even going in, with the regulation of social distancing of members when inside any part of the club.

Weight Room

We are open

  • Masks and gloves are required to workout indoors. Masks needs to cover your nose and mouth at all times.
  • We require all members to reserve a 45-minute time slot to use the WR.
  • Only one 45-minute session can be booked per member per day. If you arrive late to your reservation, you will only have the remaining time to exercise. 
  • It is mandatory members wipe down their equipment with disinfect after use.
  • We will not have small equipment available for check out (bands, tubing, etc.)
  • We will not have any area to store bags, purses or keys.
  • Bring water as we will not have water fountains available.
  • We will not have towels available in the WR.
  • Be aware of the other members on weight equipment to support social distancing.
  • The Queenax studio is available should the WR be at capacity.
  • Juniors 14-17 years who have completed a WR orientation may not make a WR reservation but may walk in and if space permits, may workout in the WR.
  • Due to capacity issues, juniors 14-17 years who have not completed a WR orientation may use the cardio room and Queenax studios but may not workout in the WR until we begin performing WR orientations again.
