Learn how to train the deep stabilizers of the lumbar spine to alleviate low back pain. This workshop is great for those suffering with chronic low back pain, osteoporosis, disk herniation, and other back injuries.

Throughout the 4 weeks we will; address low back pain issues, learn corrective exercises and movement patterns, build core strength to support the stability of the low back and create home programs to help you stay pain free as you get back to the activities you love.
