With the most up-to-date and modern equipment, our Pilates Studio is set to meet the standards of all of our clients, no matter the skill level or fitness goal. Here is a small tour of our studio. 

Pilates uses a unique blend of body weight, pulleys and springs to create resistance. Our studios have several state of the art pieces of equipment including Reformers, Cadillacs, Ladder Barrels, Split Pedal Chairs and TRX, each with its own repertoire of exercises.

Pilates Defined

Pilates is a challenging core based work out that transforms the way your body looks, feels, and functions. It builds strength with less bulk, tones muscles, increases flexibility, range of motion as well as stability.

Pilates heightens body awareness, improves postural issues, agility, coordination, balance, and creates ease of movement throughout the entire body. 

From the serious athlete looking to improve performance to those wanting a better quality of life by increasing strength and mobility, our instructors are here to assist you in achieving your goals.

3-30 minute private sessions $99

4-30 minute small group sessions $79 (3-6 people per class)

4-55 minute small group sessions $154 (3-6 people per class)

One private package purchase and one 30 or 55-minute package purchase.
