February 25 - Strong Foundations - Standing & Balancing Poses

Explore standing poses as the building foundation for a strong, grounded, and balanced yoga practice.

 

April 8 - The Heart of Yoga

This workshop is an invitation to play the edge of strength and surrender.  Backbends create a powerful balance between moving outward from the heart and staying connected to the core of your being.

 

June 24 - 108 Sun Salutations Yoga Challenge - Summer Solstice

Celebrate the beauty of summer with a playful challenge!  Sun Salutations are the perfect yoga practice to connect breath to movement, to energize the body, and to discover a meditative stare of mind in a dynamic, repetitive sequence.

August 26 - Yoga for Hips, Hamstrings & Quads

This workshop is designed to open the muscles of the hips, to safely stretch and strengthen the hamstrings and quadriceps.  We will use breath, movement and focused awareness to bring ease and openness to the body.

 

October 28 - Core Support for Arm Balances

In this playful workshop, we will bring mindfulness and the proper alignment to create the upper body strength and core support necessary for successful arm balances.

 December 16 - The Art of Meditation

Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one's own inner being.  Meditation leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us to transform our day-to-day lives.
