Living Well After Cancer Program

The Living Well After Cancer Program is a joint effort between The Claremont Club and Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Centerís Robert and Beverly Lewis Family Cancer Care Center that began in 2005. The program is specially designed to improve cancer survivorís fitness level, quality of life and self-esteem. Participants meet at The Claremont Club twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon OR from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The program is 13 weeks and runs from September to December and February to May. It is offered at no charge to cancer survivors and is funded by private donations. All cancer survivors are welcome to participate if they are able to commit to attending all of the thirteen week classes; have reliable transportation to The Claremont Club; complete required paperwork, including an exercise release from their physician; and participate with other cancer survivors.  If you are interested please contact Denise Johnson at (909) 625-6791 ext. 236 or djohnson@claremontclub.com. 

Young and Early Onset Parkinson's Support Group

For those diagnosed at 50 or younger.

Support group meets:
Third Saturday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon in the Conference Room (no meetings held in December, June, July, or August)
Open to non-members

Alzheimer's Care Group

If you are caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's, please join us for our monthly Caregiver Support Group, be part of a caring group of people dedicated to helping you navigate through this difficult stage in life!

Support group meets:
Second Tuesday of every month from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. in the Conference Room
