I believe fitness is an amazing lifelong journey. A journey filled with achievements and obstacles, good days and bad. With my experience and knowledge as a certified personal trainer, I have the unique opportunity to support, guide and motivate my clients to reach for their goals and the honor of celebrating with them when those goals are met! As with anything in life, practice makes perfect. The more we work at something, the better we get. The better we get, the more confident we become and confidence is one of the most positive and empowering feelings in the world. My goal as your trainer is to make you confident in yourself and your ability to reach your goals and to be your avid partner in your fitness journey!

Training Hours

  • Monday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
  • Tuesday 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Wednesday 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
  • Thursday 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm
  • Friday 8:30 am – 1:30 pm

  • Hypervolt Certified
  • CPR/ AED Certified
