My personal fitness journey started back in 2011. At the time I was newly married, had a toddler, a baby and was 70 lbs overweight, the most unhealthy I had ever been. I finally reached a breaking point, said “enough is enough”. I made the decision and commitment to invest in myself and make my health a priority. Little did I know this journey would be far less about the weight I had lost, but rather it would lead me to discover myself, my inner (and outer) strength, confidence and my greatest passion: helping others achieve the same. In 2013 I was offered the chance to teach the very classes I had been taking and jumped on it, not knowing the impact it would have and the doors it would open. I started out as a pre- and post-natal fitness instructor as well as doing small group/personal training. In 2016 I came to The Claremont Club where I have been able to grow my skills and turn my passion into my career. I get to teach a variety of group exercise classes and work with all ages and fitness levels. In 2018 became a Personal Pilates Trainer and have recently introduced Pilates H20 (officially launching April 2020). I am really excited to be part of the Pilates program here at The Claremont Club and I cannot wait to work with you! Whether it be in a small group, a private session in water or on land, with workouts designed specifically to help you reach your goals, I will deliver a fun and challenging workout.
