My personal fitness journey started back in 2011. At the time I was newly married, had a toddler, a baby and was 70 lbs overweight, the most unhealthy I had ever been. I finally reached a point, said “enough is enough”. I made the decision to invest in myself and committed to making my health a priority. Little did I know this journey would be far less about the weight I had lost, but rather it would lead me to discover myself, my inner (and outer) strength, confidence and my greatest passion: helping others achieve the same. In 2013 I was offered the chance to teach the very classes I had been taking and jumped on it, not knowing the impact it would have and the doors it would open. I started out as a pre- and post-natal fitness instructor as well as small group training. In 2016 I came to The Claremont Club where I have been able to grow my skills and turn my passion into my career. I get to teach a variety of group exercise classes and work with all ages and fitness levels. This year I have spread my wings even farther and have become a Personal Pilates Trainer. I am really excited to be part of the Pilates program here at The Claremont Club and I cannot wait to work with you! Whether it be in a small group or a private session with workouts designed specifically to help you reach your goals, I will deliver a fun and challenging workout.
