Fitness and weight training are my passion, and sharing this enthusiasm with anyone who is interested in learning is my purpose. Improving people’s quality of life and making a positive impact is important and I aspire to help people reach their fitness goals. My philosophy focuses on lifelong learning and enhancement of the well-being of my clients. My goal is to empower people with confidence, skills, support and resources in order for them to live their life without holding back from the things they enjoy.

  • Wednesday 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Thursday 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Saturday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

Education/Certifications

  • BS Kinesiology – Exercise Science
  • NSCA - CSCS
  • Hypervolt Certified
  • CPR/ AED Certified
