Natalie grew up dancing, specializing in the styles of Jazz and Modern. As a dancer she utilized Pilates to condition and train. After college, she moved back to California and married her High School Sweetheart. They have 4 beautiful children, including twins! Natalie has worked in the fitness industry for over 6 1/2 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has taught Strength Training, Boot Camp, Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Aqua, Indoor Cycling, HIIT, Senior Fitness, and Mat Pilates. She transitioned to teaching Reformer Pilates in the beginning of 2018 and loves helping her clients achieve a more functional, healthier, active, and balanced lifestyle.
