Hi, and welcome to my page! My name is Monica. I took an early retirement from social work to pursue my passion for helping others improve in all areas of their lives. For this reason, I have chosen Pilates Instruction as my second career because Pilates offers a great way to help others feel emotionally balanced and be physically fit! I believe our physical bodies are a beautiful gift from God that we must care for as best as we can. A well-balanced diet and daily exercise program (like Pilates) put this goal within our reach. Pilates enables us to develop and maintain a strong core, which is key to a healthy back and a healthy body. The Pilates exercise equipment keeps the workouts at a very low impact so that everyone, men and women, young and aging, are able to do it. I love the fact that the day after a good workout our muscles can be sore in places we never even knew possible. I am so thrilled to be a Pilates Instructor and would love to have you come try Pilates! I want everyone to feel and look good!
