I am extremely passionate about health & fitness and helping others reach their goals. Aside from personal training I have a background in football. I played at the collegiate level and also trained collegiate athletes to help better their performance. After two knee surgeries, I can relate to dealing with defeat, my doctors told me I would never be able to run nor play football again. However, my faith in God and my determination pulled me out of my sense of defeat and hopelessness. Fitness accompanied by my hard work and dedication helped me produce results and led me to a full recovery and another season of college football. I now want to motivate, encourage, and inspire others to fulfill their health and fitness goals.
