In order to increase our quality of life as we age, it is vital we take care of our bodies today. A healthy lifestyle encompasses several components but two of the most impactful and well within our control are nutrition and exercise. As a strength and conditioning coach I am here to help my clients improve their physical health, increase their knowledge about movement, and ultimately get strong. I am a firm believer in moving well, moving often, and moving strong. This applies not only inside the gym but in all aspects of our everyday life. Along with being a trainer, I am also actively involved in the powerlifting community; I compete, coach, and referee under USA Powerlifting (USAPL). My experiences in USAPL have highlighted the importance of proper training cycles and proper movement to insure the best results. Having a strong foundation on the basics allows me to work with all backgrounds from beginners to athletes. My purpose is to find the best tools as a trainer to help my clients. I am passionate about what I do and I truly enjoy every moment of it. It will be a pleasure to help assist you in your journey.
