As a personal trainer I am proud to have the opportunity to help people improve the quality of their lives through physical activity. As a former competitive gymnast and type 1 diabetic, I understand the positive effects and benefits regular exercise can provide. Whether you are interested in toning, gaining strength, or rehabbing from an injury, I would be honored to help you work toward achieving your goals. Fitness is more then just going to the gym a few times a week, it is a way of life.
