I live and breathe health and fitness, but that doesn't mean what it may sound like. It means it's a part of my daily life, NOT the only thing in my life. Fitness includes proper exercise, rest and nutrition for my goals and situation in life. Exercise is just a tool, though a necessary tool, to fitness and a healthy life. Research clearly shows that regular exercise directly affects your quality of life and I feel blessed to be proof of that. At 59 I can still compete against "kids" a third my age, though it is never easy anymore and generally isn't very "pretty." I don't care about living longer, just better. I've been at the Claremont Club since 1999 and I can help you achieve all you want to achieve in health and fitness, not only by what I know, but what I've done and continue to do.
