Tai Chi Chuan is a discipline of the mind, body, and spirit. A moving meditation
based on the harmony of the universe. Tai Chi is a civil fighting
art based on the ancient Chinese "Book of Changes." It is a
holistic wellness program based on the cultivation, harvest
and refinement of the internal energy system known as "chi."

Tai Chi Personal Training
Incorporating Tai Chi training methods into one's workout is
becoming an important element to achieving overall health.
It wasn't until both disciplines came to the
West that it was taught in classes. TCC's Group Exercise
Department offers one-on-one and semi-private Personal Training
with certified Yoga or Tai Chi Instructors.
