Our Dietitian creates an energizing eating strategy to fuel your strength training workout and accelerate results, which is tailored to your specific caloric needs; breakdown of carbs, protein and fat; food preferences and lifestyle.

If you need to check in weekly and have a support group then our nine week program, “A New Weigh To Live“ will keep you on track.
A personalized nutritional analysis providing a comprehensive computer printout of dietary intake, including overall calories, vitamins and minerals. Our Dietitian analyzes the results and recommends changes in your eating patterns to help you feel, look, and function better.
We have decided to publish a ‘Club’ cookbook filled to the brim with the most excellent healthy recipes from the best cooks at our Club—and we need your favorite recipes! The best news of all? All of the profits from the sale of the cookbooks will go into our treasury for current fundraising projects. These 5.5” x 8.5” cookbooks, with plastic comb binding will most definitely become a cherished keepsake on your kitchen shelf!
We would like to have three or four of your favorite recipes as soon as possible, and we will select one or more of your recipes to be included in our cookbook. Your name will even be printed in the cookbook with each of your own recipes. Please pick up a recipe form at the front desk or call Tracy at ext. 297. Submit your typed or printed recipe, with only one recipe per form, to us by January 31, 2007, so we may consider your recipes for inclusion in our cookbook.
