The use of spin with forehand, backhand and serve.  Approach shots, drop shots, meeting the ball at peak of bounce.  Strategy:  use of approach and volley when drawn in, integrate volley and lob into game plan.  Serve with direction.

Advanced Beginner/Intermediate (3.0-3.5)
Comfortable with the minimal movement to the ball.  Serve:  beginning of full motion.  Strategy:  take advantage of obvious openings.  Ability to place forehand and backhand. 
 
Medium increase in power, return of serve.  Introduction to spin.  Strategy:  shot placement and patterns.  Stroke dependability with movement and variable contact points.
