Making a Difference
Together, We Can Change the World
At the Claremont Club we realize if everyone does their part, great change can come. At TCC we are working together with our staff our members and our community to make a difference in the world we live in.
Living Well After Cancer
The "Living Well After Cancer" Program is a joint effort between The Claremont Club and Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Centers Robert and Beverly Lewis Cancer Care Center that began in 2005. The program is specially designed to improve cancer survivors' fitness level, quality of life and self-esteem. Participants meet at The Claremont Club twice weekly, for twelve weeks. It is offered at no charge to cancer survivors and their families and is funded by private donation. Should you know of someone who would benefit from this program, contact Martha Osborne, RN, OCN, who pre-screens potential candidates at (909) 865-9691 or martha.osborne@pvhmc.org.
Thank you to all who have supported this great cause!
