Spinning Class
The Claremont Club Group Exercise Department offers the most intense Indoor Cycling Program in the Inland Empire offering up to 21 classes per week. All Cycling classes utilize the Cycle Ops PowerTraining techniques which consist of 4 different class types with specific training goals; Endurance, Strength, Interval, and Power. Our Studio houses the best indoor cycling bikes available with a total of 31 bikes.

Indoor Cycling classes designed for young adults that are at least 5' tall. Cycling shoes with SPD clips required. This is a FREE class to all 8-13 year olds. Participants must sign in at the In Zone prior to coming to class. Please check the Jr. Schedule for class times.
Indoor Cycling Energy Zones
Please note beginners MUST arrive 10 minutes prior to class time for bike set up. Cycling classes are composed of a 45 minute ride (unless otherwise stated) followed by a 10 minute stretch. Anyone can Cycle because you control the resistance determining the intensity. Participants will need, SPD cycling shoes, (SPD shoes are also available in Indoor Cycling room for beginners) & a water bottle. We also recommend using a Heart Rate Monitor.
