NEW SESSION: Osteopilates
Osteopilates is a small group class geared toward those who have Osteoporosis or Osteopenia (losing bone density, fragile spines, or perhaps developing a rounded or humped back).
 
This specialty class is taught my Pilates Master Trainer, Bonnie Busenberg where she will:
  • Teach you appropriate modifications you should be making when doing Pilates in general classes
  • Familiarize you with various level "routines" that you can do at home on your own
Sessions Begin April 30, 2013
$60 per session/ $12 drop-in
Tuesdays from 12:30-1:30pm in the Yoga Studio
Minimum of 6 participants and a max of 12 participants
