STOTT PILATES® Personal Trainers
Adele Vail
After practicing as a Pilates student Adele decided to take her passion in the health and fitness field to the next level and is now a STOTT PILATES Instructor in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, here at The Claremont Club.
Adele graduated from the University of LaVerne in 2005, receiving a Speech Communication Degree and a Sports Science Minor. Adele also was a member of the ULV volleyball team, which during her four years playing, won the 2001 National NCAA Championship and made two other final four appearances. She is currently a club volleyball coach as well. Adele has taken her knowledge from school, coaching and training and applied it to Pilates, instructing and correcting form, analyzing movement and muscle function of specific exercises to enhance workout routines.
Having been a participant of high impact sports her whole life (volleyball, basketball, running) Adele has relized the benefits of incorporating Pilates into her regular workout. With a focus on the mind-body connection, Pilates improves posture and flexibility, lengthens and strengthens muscles and focuses on rebalancing the body by restoring the natural curves of the spine. Pilates is a great compliment to almost any exercise routine. Adele's goals are to keep clients focused on form, to offer modifications to get the most effective and efficient results for each individual client and of course to have fun! She believes fitness is essential to the well-being of all individuals and the mind-body exercises that Pilates offers are extremely valuable.
