Whether you want straight cardio, just toning or a little of both our phenomenal selection of classes is what you have been searching for. Low and No Impact Class Options
If jumping around and pumping iron is just not your thing, try some of our lower impact classes. Think you can't get long lean muscles without lifting weights, non sense! Try some of our FUNctional Classes designed to increase mobility and range of motion; beneficial to all rehab athletes and older adults. Maybe you need to burn some calories by taking a Cardio and Conditioning class. A great way to get your heart rate up without any crazy acrobatics!
