Water reduces the impact on bones & joints and is a great resistive tool for muscle work. We use both shallow and deep water for our workouts for a more cardio based workout.

This Aqua class will go beyond the basic water aerobics you have come to know. Utilize the resistance of the water to really maximize mobility training and increases flexibility and sculpt all at the same time!
Aqua ZUMBA
This is the aqua fitness program everyone has been waiting for! This is NOT your grandmothers' water workout! You will learn how to integrate the Zumba Formula and Philosophy into aqua fitness disciplines and create a challenging and fun aqua workout.
