Aqua Fit

Water reduces the impact on bones & joints and is a great resistive tool for muscle work. We use both shallow and deep water for our workouts for a more cardio based workout.

Aqua Challenge

A higher intensity athletic aqua class. This class incorporates water drill intervals in the cardiovascular workout.

FUNctional Aquatics

This Aqua class will go beyond the basic water aerobics you have come to know. Utilize the resistance of the water to really maximize mobility training and increases flexibility and sculpt all at the same time!
