This is a small group class geared toward those who have Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. It will teach you appropriate modifications you should be making when doing Pilates in general classes and familiarize you with various level "routines" that you can do at home.

Sport Circuit Class

Join our Small Group Sport Circuit Class for a total body workout.
This class incorporates cardio, balance, flexibility and strength in a group setting while at the same time offering individualized attention.
Class Times:
Mondays from 6:00-6:30 a.m.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 10:30-11:00 a.m.

Intro to Indoor Cycling
Featuring the New Cyclops 300 Trainer and "Joule" Computer!

This 75 minute class will include:
- Proper bike set up
- Explanation of the "Joule" computer including power/watts produced, calorie expenditure, cadence & heart rate
- Plus a 30 minute introductory ride
All levels welcome! Don't let indoor cycling intimidate you! it is a superior cardiovascular workout without complicated moves or choreography. Cycling is non impact resulting in less stress on knees, hips and ankles. It is a fun, enjoyable workout with motivating music and encouraging instructors.
