TRX SGT: Level 2
High intensity, cardio circuit training using the TRX suspension trainer.
Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm and/or Fridays 5:00-6:00pm in the PowerZone Studio
8 - 60 minute sessions for $280, Drop-ins welcome
Limit to 10 paid registrants
5/3/1 SGT: Level 3
No need for endless sets and reps! Get in and out of the gym, and never look back. This group is great for athletes or anyone looking to enhance strength and muscle size.
Includes: Deadlift, Squat and Bench Press focus, proper warm up and cool down (foam rolling)
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm, Saturdays 9:00-10:00am in the Weight Room
8 - 60 minute sessions for $280 (no drop-ins), 1 introductory class to determine 1RM on the "Big Three"
