Did you knwo that you can get both an aerobic and strength training workout at the same time in 20 or 30 minutes a day? Conventional wisdom leads you to believe that you cannot accomplish this, especially under these time constraints. "CROSSFIT" SAYS YOU CAN!
 
CrossFit is an extreme, intensive cross training program that can be done with basic equipment in a group or alone, both for general fitness at any age level and as a base for specific sports.
 
Offered Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 - 6:00am & 9:30 - 10:00am
Cost: $144 for 8 Sessions

The Movement Lab
Come and try a new workout that integrates strength training, flexibility and balance conditioning in each exercise.  This form of circuit training challenges both the mind and body simultaneously, enabling you to achieve inner balance while also providing a whole body fitness experience.  Choose from a variety of classes ranging from:
 

Core Circuit- focusing on all 4 sets of abdominal muscles.

 

Athletic Circuit- using mostly multi joint and multi planar exercises that incorporate coordination, balance, and rotation and flexibility.

 

Movement Basics Circuit -Beginning level working on posture and balance while learning basic exercises that will improve strength, coordination and muscular endurance.

 

Weekend Warrior Circuit-Varied workout to get your body moving and your heart rate up.

 

Chair Circuit- a functional workout that can all be done from a comfortable sitting position; great for the active older adult.

 

Balance Circuit- a full body workout that challenges your balance and mobility.

 

Triathlete Circuit- a challenging but fun dynamic full body workout that keeps your heart rate up and your muscles burning!
